1.Scope of application:
Silicone rubber compound fiberglass cloth is a new material.It has very good aging resistance and fireproof performance.Our customers use it in many occasions.
1. Conveyor belts
Silicone calender coated fabric has superior smooth surface,heat resistant property,anti-corrosive property and strong mechanical strength,so it can be made into conveyor belts for heat and corrosive and corrosive working environment.
2. Expansion joint (compensator)
Due to the soft surface and can be cut.It can be made of joint.We can use it outside door because of the aging resistance.
3. Fire doors
Silicone rubber compound fiberglass cloth have good fireproof performance.So we can use it to make fire doors.We can produce many specifications according customs requirement.
4.Cushion for pressure lamination
Silicone fabric can be used in industrial to resist high pressure because of the softness of silicone.

2. Application:
1.Electrical insulation. With very high electrical insulation property, silicone coated glass fabric can stand high voltage load. It is suitable for making insulation cloth and insulating bush.
2.Non-metallic compensator. Silicone coated glass fabric can be produced as soft connecting part of pipe to avoid pipe broken caused by thermal expansion and contraction. With properties of thermal insulation, anti-corrosion, anti-aging and soft, silicone coated glass fabric is widely used in fields like oil, chemical industry, cement and energy sources.
3.Anti-corrosion. With very good anti-corrosive property, silicone coated glass fabric can be used as protection coating on pipe and saving box.
4.Other fields. Silicone coated glass fabric can also be used as building sealing material, high temperature corrosion resistant conveyor belt, packing material, etc.
3.Reserve & Transport
When the temperature is between 0 and 40C and the humidity is greater than 75%, it remains in the environment. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric need Keeping away from heat sources. Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric Avoid contact with acids and alkalis and special substances harmful to rubber. During transportation, prevent extrusion.
